FAB Parts USA ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
When you use our contact form or request a quote, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, notes, and any files you upload (such as DXF, PDF, STEP or DWG drawings). Quote requests also include the part details and options you choose on the page.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your drawings or project details with anyone outside FAB Parts USA except as needed to complete your order, or when required by law.
Files you upload are emailed to our team so we can quote your parts. We treat customer designs as confidential and use them only for your quotes and orders. If you need a signed NDA, contact us before sending files.
The quote tool reads your DXF in your own browser to check the part and show its size and cut length. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send a quote request.
If you create an account, we store your name, company, phone, email address and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password, plus the drawings, bent parts and converted images you choose to save and a copy of the quote requests and files you send while signed in. This lets you reopen your work and reorder parts. Our team can see saved work in order to help with your quotes. You can delete saved items at any time; to close your account and remove everything, email us.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them; Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
