Design Services
Our design team consists of experienced engineers capable of helping your company see your project from concept to production.
While we specialize in OEM fabrication, our team can also help you create small runs or custom one-off projects. We'll work with you to build your prototype to your exact design specifications, making the move into production an easy, worry-free process.
Laser Cutting
We can cut up to 2" thick mild steel, with the precision and speed to keep your turnaround short. Flat sheet runs on our fiber lasers, and our tube laser handles round, square and rectangular tube up to 40 feet long.
Forming & Shearing
High-accuracy press brakes from 4 to 20 feet handle everything from small brackets to long trailer and equipment parts. Our 16-foot high-capacity shear and ironworker round out the forming line.
Welding
Our robot welders are regularly calibrated and produce clean, precise welds that get your job done quick. For prototypes, short runs and complex assemblies, our hand welders and laser welding cover the rest.
Prep & Finish
One of the best ways to make sure your material is properly and completely prepped is laser ablation, which cleans and removes all rust and mill scale with no damage to the material.
From there we finish parts in house with a uniform Timesaver surface finish that deburrs and breaks edges.
